Boyles Benefits Group helps small businesses provide meaningful employee benefits through personalized guidance, innovative solutions, and relationship-driven service.
Who We Help
Business owners who want to take better care of their team, and individuals who need coverage that fits real life. The conversation starts the same way either time: what are you actually trying to protect?
You want benefits your employees understand and use, at a cost your business can carry year after year. Jeremy designs the package, explains it to your team, and handles enrollment start to finish.
Self-employed, between jobs, retiring early, or covering a family on your own? You have more options than the two you have probably heard about — and each one has real trade-offs worth understanding.
Our Solutions
Most businesses use some combination of these. Jeremy will tell you plainly which ones fit your situation — and which ones do not.

Benefits go wrong in the details — a claim nobody explained, a renewal that lands in your inbox with no context, an employee who never understood what they signed up for. Jeremy works small enough to catch those details, and stays involved long after the paperwork is signed.
Meet JeremyYou work with Jeremy directly — not a call center, not a rotating service rep. The person who designs your plan is the person who shows up at your enrollment meeting.
Small to medium-sized businesses are the whole practice, not a side segment. The plan designs, carriers and funding options are chosen with that size in mind.
Nobody signs anything they cannot explain back. Jeremy walks owners and employees through the trade-offs in plain English before a single form gets filled out.
As an independent broker, Jeremy is not tied to one carrier or one funding model. The recommendation follows your budget and your people — not a quota.
Our Process
Three steps, no pressure, and a clear answer at the end of each one.
We start with a short conversation about your business, your team, your budget and what you are trying to protect. If a benefits plan is not the right move right now, Jeremy will say so.
Within a day you get plan options built for your group — carriers, funding approach, employer cost and employee cost side by side, with the trade-offs spelled out.
Jeremy runs employee education meetings in person or virtually and manages enrollment from first form to final confirmation. Dependents can stay covered to age 26.
Client Reviews

One short call is enough to know whether there is a better option than what you have now. No pressure, no obligation, and a straight answer either way.
