About Jeremy Boyles
An independent benefits consultant who believes the best benefits decision is the one you fully understand before you make it.
Jeremy Boyles · Tulsa, Oklahoma
The Short Version
Five years, a few hundred conversations, one consistent approach.
Jeremy Boyles is an independent benefits consultant and broker serving small and mid-size businesses across Tulsa and the Midwest. For roughly five years he has worked with owners in the Tulsa metro and communities across the Midwest — contractors, clinics, shops, agencies, restaurants, family businesses — helping them build employee benefits their teams actually understand and use.
Independent matters here. Jeremy is not a captive agent for a single carrier, which means the recommendation follows the client rather than a quota. Traditional group health, level-funded and self-funded designs, voluntary products and individual coverage all get compared on the same page, and sometimes the honest answer is that the plan you already have is the right one.
He works directly with business owners and HR staff to design packages that fit — affordable, compliant and meaningful to the employees who need them most. His approach is relationship-driven rather than transactional: he takes the time to understand a business before recommending anything, and he is still answering the phone in March when a claim gets denied for a coding error.
Outside of work, Jeremy is a husband of nearly two decades and a father. He and his family camp and fish whenever the calendar allows. He is a licensed pilot, an entrepreneur, and the founder of a non-profit — work rooted in a faith and a sense of community obligation that shape how he runs his practice as much as his weekends.
Philosophy
Why "real relationships" is on the logo.
The benefits industry is built for scale. Call centers, quote engines, one-size packages sold quickly and serviced by whoever is next in the queue. That model works reasonably well for a company with 4,000 employees and a benefits department to manage it. It fails a 12-person business in Owasso.
Small companies need something different: someone who knows that your busiest month is October, that two of your employees speak Spanish at home, that your foreman's wife is going through treatment, and that a $6,000 deductible means something very specific to the people on your crew.
That knowledge only comes from a relationship. It is why Jeremy keeps the practice deliberately sized so he can show up in person, run the education meeting himself, and pick up the phone when a client's name appears on the screen.
Educate first
Nobody should sign up for coverage they cannot explain back in their own words. If an option cannot survive a plain-English explanation, it is not the right option.
Say the hard part
Every plan design has a downside. Jeremy names it out loud — the phase-in period, the narrow network, the thing that will annoy you in month four.
No pressure, ever
No countdown timers, no "this rate expires Friday." If a decision is right, it will still be right after you have talked it over at home.
Stay after the sale
The value of a broker shows up in month seven, not at signing. New hires, claim questions, ID cards, renewals — that is the job.
