Privacy policy

Last updated: July 2026

Boyles Benefits Group ("we," "us," or "the agency") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through boylesbenefitsgroup.com, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, call (918) 400-0387 or email jboyles@boylesbenefitsgroup.com and we will explain it in plain language.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form, call, text or email, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, approximate employee count, preferred contact method and a description of what you are looking for. If you move forward with coverage, additional information required by carriers — such as dates of birth, addresses, dependent details and, where a product requires it, health-related information — is collected as part of the application process.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site's hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation
  • To prepare quotes, plan comparisons and recommendations for you
  • To submit applications and enrollment materials to insurance carriers you choose
  • To provide ongoing service — claims questions, ID cards, new hires, renewals
  • To meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade or share your contact details with marketing lists, lead brokers or data aggregators. We do not send unsolicited bulk email.

When information is shared

Your information is shared only in these circumstances:

  • With insurance carriers and their administrators, when necessary to obtain quotes, submit an application, or service a policy you have chosen.
  • With service providers that operate this website and our communications tools — for example, website hosting and the email delivery service used by the contact form. These providers may process data only to provide their service to us.
  • When required by law, including in response to a lawful request from a regulator, court or government authority.

Health information

Where we receive health-related information in connection with an application or a group's benefits administration, we treat it as confidential and use it only for the purpose it was provided. Access is limited to what is necessary to place or service coverage.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only what is necessary to function and to load fonts and scripts from established content delivery networks. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated to say so, and any measurement used will be configured to avoid collecting personally identifying information wherever possible. Your browser settings allow you to block or delete cookies at any time; the site will continue to work if you do.

Third-party services

The contact form may use a third-party email delivery service to route your message. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Links to carrier websites, MightyWELL Health and other outside resources are provided for convenience — once you leave this site, the privacy policy of the destination site governs.

Data retention and security

Inquiry and client records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to satisfy insurance recordkeeping and licensing requirements, and are then disposed of securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in our care. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or medical records through the website form — we will tell you a secure way to provide them when they are needed.

Your choices

  • Access and correction. Ask us what we have on file and we will tell you, and correct anything inaccurate.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where insurance or legal recordkeeping requires us to keep it.
  • Communication preferences. Tell us how and how often you want to hear from us, or ask us to stop contacting you entirely. That request is honored immediately.

Text messages

If you select text as your preferred contact method, you consent to receive text messages from Jeremy Boyles about your inquiry and coverage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to end text communication.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Dependent information provided by a parent or guardian during enrollment is handled as part of the application process described above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "last updated" date. Material changes affecting how your information is used will be described plainly rather than buried.
