If you move forward with coverage, additional information required by carriers — such as dates of birth, addresses, dependent details and, where a product requires it, health-related information — is collected as part of the application process.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site's hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the pages you visit. This is used for security and to understand which pages are useful. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.
